By using Face Off (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not use the App. These Terms apply globally.

2. Eligibility

You confirm you are at least 13 years old. Users under 13 are prohibited from using the App.

3. No User Accounts

Face Off does not require user accounts. All features are accessible without registration.

4. In-App Purchases

• Purchases (e.g., subscriptions, unlocks) are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Refunds: Requests must follow your app store’s policies. We do not handle payment disputes. Review store guidelines:

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App for violations of these Terms, including:

• Abusive behavior
• Attempts to reverse-engineer or hack the App

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as-is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with all devices

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Damages arising from App use
• Loss of data or profits
• Third-party actions (e.g., app store outages)

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the Bundesgerichtshof (Federal Court of Justice) in Karlsruhe, Germany.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check the "Last updated" date above.
