These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Quiz Clash mobile game and the quizclash.co website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Quiz Clash. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, cheat, or abuse other players.
Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the Service, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, harass other players, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
Virtual items and purchases
Quiz Clash may offer virtual currency and cosmetic items. These have no cash value, are licensed to you rather than sold, and are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable app store’s policies.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, questions, artwork, and trademarks, is owned by Quiz Clash or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiz Clash is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
